In recent years, many Christians who have become uncomfortable with rising fundamentalism and exclusiveness trends in Christianity have coalesced into an ill-defined subset called "progressive Christianity." What is progressive Christianity and what do progressive Christians believe? Is there a foundation theology that under-girds this group? Perhaps more importantly, is progressive Christianity for me, and can it speak to my life experience and my spiritual needs?
